Bad breath is a very big day to day dental problem which is bad enough to be taken care-off by the person himself. It can cause quite an embarrassment in the social circle. People avoid talking to the person, face to face. It also creates a great distances between loved ones Bad breath is not a disease; rather it's a problem, which should be cured with home remedies. Brushing properly: Most adults do not brush their teeth properly because; either they are pre-occupied in their thoughts or too much in a hurry to go to office. This leaves no time for brushing their teeth properly. The adults get so egoistic in their attitude that they do not want to take any suggestions-big or small from anyone. One has to brush properly to keep bad breath away from them. Brushing twice a day is must to keep bad breath away. Rinsing after each meal: Rinsing is must after each and every meal. About 90% of people do not rinse their teeth after meals; leading to bad breath due to bacterial growth on remaining food particles. People are either too lazy or simply forget about this simple activity. Rinsing helps in getting rid of food-remnants in between teeth and gums, leading to fresh-smelling mouth. Use Mouth-wash: It is better to use a mouth wash after every meal to keep your mouth feel fresh with mint-flavor always. People also prefer to talk to you since you no longer smell foul when face to face with them. Use mouth-freshener: Natural and Special mouth-freshener like clove and cardamom should be used on regular basis. This gives confidence to you as you do not suffer from bad breath, any longer. Cloves and cardamoms fit in any corner of the mouth so they should be chewed to keep bad breath at bay. Avoid smoking and drinking: Smoking and drinking produce peculiar breath in the mouth which repels many people and earns bad image. Avoid smoking and drinking for clean-looking white teeth without any bad-odor. Chewing tobacco causes dental problems. Bad breath is a problem which should be treated as early as possible. It should be consulted with dentists to take care-off with right medication if required.
